Known
as the city
on the winding road, Falticeni lies 25 km from Suceava. Falticeni is a
sunny and green region also known as the "Garden of Silence" or the
"Miraculous Grove". The city has earned itself an important place in
the Romanian culture because of its museums and the cultural
personalities it has given.

WATER MUSEUM. The academician Mihai Bacescu, friend and assistant of the famous oceanologist Jaques Cousteau founded the museum. The Water Museum helps you discover the astonishing water world and it also has an aquarium hall, more than 100 beautiful graphics and a stock of valuable documents. |

IRIMESCU MUSEUM. The museum was created with a collection of sculptures donated to Falticeni by the sculptor Ion Irimescu. |

FESTIVALS. "Şezatoarea" is a traditional festival exhibiting the folk and cultural richness of Falticeni region. This is held in Falticeni in the second decade of July. |
